10 Plagues?

Okay so here in Florida they have what are called "Love Bugs". They appear two times a year. They do not bite; however, they are everywhere! You cannot even walk out side without a hundred of them flying into you. They first start off flying alone- then a week later there are two flying stuck together (love bug--- if you don't get it you can ask me later ;)--- they are currently plastered over cars here in Florida- and once they SPLAT on your car-- in less than 24 hours their "Splat" starts eating away the paint of your car. I am glad that they don't bite! But they are so annoying. This must have been what the 10 Plagues were like! Just a little schpeal as to what's going on in Florida!

It was great to see Larry and Stacy-- after all; they are responsible for introducing Ben and I!
I met up with them after church and we had some great pizza! Ben was even part of the conversation on speaker phone for a good part of dinner! It was great to see you guys!

Happy Mother's Day

Being at home for Mother's Day was great!

We had a great dinner (as usual) and then we ate some angel food cake with strawberries outside!

Unfortunatly I don't have a pic with just me and my mom and grandma- but we were all there!

It was a beautiful day.

Catching up with Friends in Michigan

Here I am-- and here's a question-- which one of these 4 girls is not pregnant? All of you better have guessed me! Here I am with some of my pregnant friends; Kim (her second- a boy), Heather (her first- a boy), and Anna (her first- and her baby was crossing it's legs during the ultrasound so she doesn't know yet!)

Catching up with everyone was a blast! It was so wonderful to see everyone! I miss them all very much. It was so great to hear what everyone has been busy doing! My friends are wonderful and I am truley blessed!

Fun in the Florida Sun

Before my visit back to Michigan; Ben and I enjoyed a day by the pool and then a night by the Ocean! We ended the day in hopes of seeing a beautiful sunset; but the hazy/smokey air from all the fires in Florida cut the sunset short!

We still got dinner and ice cream-- and still had a wonderful time!

Shower Power

Well... it's been great being back home in Michigan to do a couple of wedding things.

I had my first wedding shower today! It was a lot of fun! In fact; I think my cheeks hurt from laughing so much! Aunt Pam Koeze and Joan Bonnema; thank you so very much! You made my shower experience a wonderful one!

It was so great to see everyone and know that this day is coming soon! Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers; they mean so much more than I can say!
